Report: Longtime Sartell Coach Set To Retire

According to the St. Cloud Times' Tom Elliott on Twitter (@sctimestom), Sartell basketball coach Dave Angell will retire as a coach and teacher at the end of the year. Angell has coached Sartell basketball since 1984.

In his 29 year career, Angell notched six conference championships and led the Sabres to the state tournament for the first time this past season. Sartell lost to eventual state champs DeLaSalle in a spirited opening round game.
