Professor Confiscates Student’s Cell Phone After He’s Caught Texting In Class [VIDEO]

I really can't say much on this because I was notorious for texting in class and just playing around on my phone in general.

I have seen some professors/teachers that have strict policies on having phones in the classroom.  A few years ago I had to go in to the school to help my brother get his phone back from his Spanish teacher.  Darn kids!

This guy takes things to a whole new level -- not only does he take the student's phone (which never caused a disturbance to the class itself) but he also breaks it.

If I were this kid, I would have flipped out.  He would have reimbursed me the cost of the phone, those things aren't cheap.  I also would have expected be compensated for the emotional distress not having my phone on me 24/7 would have caused.
