Rocori, Pierz, Royalton, Eden Valley-Watkins Headed to State Football Tournament

The Pierz Pioneers (AAA) and Royalton Royals (AA) are both headed to the State Football Tournament. Sartell, Rocori, and Albany all saw their seasons end last night. Eden Valley-Watkins can join the Royals in the Class AA tournament with a win this afternoon.

State Tournament First Round Games

• FRI 11/11:  Class AAAA -- Rocori vs. Orono (8PM at SCSU's Husky Stadium)
• SAT 11/12:  Class AAA -- Pierz vs. Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin (1PM at Brainerd High School)
• SAT 11/12:  Class AA -- Royalton vs. Eden Valley-Watkin (7PM at Brainerd High School)

The semifinal and championship games will be at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis the last two weekends if November.
