What are the odds of picking a perfect bracket for March Madness? Well, let's just say the odds of winning a billion dollars aren't great. But it will sure be fun to try!

9.2 quintillion. Those are the odds of winning if you're like me and don't know anything about college basketball. If you do know something about it, the odds are around one in 128 billion. A little better.

So who is crazy enough to put up a billion dollars? Quicken Loans and Berkshire Hathaway. In case you're wondering, Warren Buffet runs Berkshire Hathaway. He has the money to back up the challenge, so I'm not worried about not getting paid when I win. He's worth about 58.5 billion.

Registration begins March 3rd. But it's only open to the first 10 million people. If nobody wins the billion, the 20 closest entries will get $100,000 each. That will work.
