Viking Head Coach Mike Zimmer has indicated that running back Adrian Peterson has  torn Meniscus and has no timetable for his return. Peterson suffered the injury in the Vikings 17-14 win over the Packers Sunday night.

The injury is to his right knee. Peterson tore the ACL in his left knee a couple of years ago. Typical recovery time from a torn meniscus ranges from 3 weeks to 3 months.

The Vikings face the Carolina Panthers this Sunday in Charlotte.
