Last week Cindy & I were fortunate to be part of the first ever 'Tropical Nights: Boots in the Sand' country music getaway in Riviera Maya, Mexico just south of Cancun. We've all heard that a picture's with 1000 words, so here's 28,000 words worth of photos.

I vowed to leave my phone turned off for the entire trip to get a real escape from work, so most of these pics were shot by Amie Murad, with a couple captured by Cindy. (Although Cindy and I did have to work; judging shushi rolling, margarita making, mojito mixing, and guacamole making contests). Very hard work indeed!
