Pet Patrol: Meet Ashley and Jack

Meet Ashley and Jack at the Tri-County Humane Society.

Meet Ashley.

Ashley is an 11 year old spayed cat who needs a new home because her owner was moving.

She lived comfortably with 2 other cats, 1 dog, and 3 children.

Ashley is described as very friendly and social. She likes to be held and especially enjoys being brushed.

Although she isn’t a fan of traditional toys, Ashley gets some exercise by chasing a laser pointer.

If you’re interested in meeting Ashley, swing by Petco in Waite Park for a visit.

Ashley qualifies for the “Name Your Own Price” promotion and her fee would be waived to senior citizens, veterans, and military personnel.

Meet Jack.

Jack is a 3 year old neutered Boxer. He was surrendered because the children in the household were allergic to him.

Jack’s described as friendly and smart. He knows how to sit, stay, roll-over, lay down, stand up and turn, and high five.

In his previous home, Jack was more comfortable with the older children than the younger ones.

He shared his home with another dog and enjoyed the companionship.

Jack will never turn down a game of fetch or tug of war and will ‘talk’ to you to get you engaged in a game.

He’s approximately 65 pounds.
