Fourth of July evokes memories of barbecues, parades, American flags and, of course, fireworks. Darius Rucker has an especially vivid memory of sparkling pyrotechnics ... because he almost lost a hand using them.
On Monday night (June 2), Darius Rucker and friends wanted to celebrate their accomplishments after raising money for St. Jude and entertaining a sold-out crowd at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville. Unfortunately, Rucker wasn't allowed to enter the chosen after party bar.
Performances from Kenny Rogers and Corey Smith, a surprise from one-third of Lady Antebellum, and an all-star version of ‘Wagon Wheel’ were amongst the many highlights at Darius Rucker’s fifth annual charity concert for St. Jude on Monday night (June 2).
