Otter Just Wants To Play

It's official, I have to have an otter now, and because I'm so creative I will call him "Otto", I'm sure that's never been done before.

This Australian Couple had a funny visitor in their car who decided she wanted to go home with them.  The really are like puppies, playful and mischievous.
