There are people in this world who no matter their circumstances, remain strong and truly inspire others to remain hopeful, strong and loving.

Charlotte is one of those people. Charlotte was paralyzed from her arm pits down and remains very upbeat and happy. She was nominated this year for Opie's Angel Tree and her wish was granted.

"Charlotte is my sister and I felt bad for her, she is paralyzed from her arm pits down and her family can't have a Christmas because they have no money and my sister is waiting for another surgery, this one is a life or death one."
