Born in Winona and raised a country girl, Pamela McNeill has always been Minnesota proud and recently well known in local cover-band favorites The Fabulous Armadillos and Rumours & Dreams: A Fleetwood Mac Tribute. Her second CD release party for her solo country album "Hurtsville, USA" is set for 7:30PM tonight at Pioneer Place in downtown Saint Cloud.
