According to the National Weather Service (NWS) Minnesota can expect continued cold and stormy weather for the second half of the month.

As of now there's a slight chance of minor accumulation today, but a better chance of significant snow again on Wednesday.

The National Weather Service says:

A deep trough out west and a ridge in the southeast will continue to steer storm systems from the southwest to the Great Lakes region. There is a high chance for repeated snowstorms across the Upper Midwest for the rest of the month.
