ST. CLOUD - The bright lights of the Paramount Theater were dim in comparison to the stars on stage at LEAF's 16th annual Night of the Stars.

The event featured over 30 different performances.

The night is an opportunity for some of the incredible talented students and staff from around the St. Cloud school district to showcase their abilities. The talent at the show exceeds all expectations. From the youth choirs to the incredibly talented solo artists there is something for everyone at Night of the Stars.

Over the years LEAF's event has raised money for the St. Cloud school district. The money raised goes directly to benefiting student activities and educational opportunities.

WJON's Jay Caldwell was one of the hosts for the evening. Caldwell says LEAF's events have directly impacted his family.

"My kids have directly benefited from LEAF events. junior high athletics was one of the things that was going to get cut. But if LEAF didn't step in there wouldn't have been junior high athletics that my kids have been able to take part in."

If you missed Friday night's performance there will be another Saturday at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are available at the Paramount Theater box office.
