I don't need an app to tell me I spend far too much time on my phone but I still think this is pretty cool.

It's like the creator of BreakFree decided to use technology to battle an addiction to technology.  The app will help users figure out how much time they're spending on their phone making calls, using apps and texting.  Then it does some crazy, complex math to give you an "addiction score."   Once your score is calculated, it will also remind you to take breaks.

The app is already available for Droids and the iPhone version will be out soon.  I'm going to check it out, but I will be honest, I'm afraid my addiction score is going to be off the charts!
