Now that we are in the midst of the holiday season, I'm in full Christmas music mode.  I love most of the traditional Christmas songs and some of the more unique ones but I've made a list of my most favorite.

Alabama -- Tonight is Christmas

I've been listening to Alabama's first Christmas album since I was a kid. It is actually my favorite holiday music of all time. This particular song is a favorite because it reminds me of what Christmas is all about and the things that are really important in life.

Sara Evans -- Go Tell It On The Mountain

Sara Evans is my all time favorite singer and she totally nails this song! It's upbeat, happy and yes, I do find myself singing along with her!

Carrie Underwood -- Do You Hear What I Hear?

Carrie Underwood is another singer that I absolutely love and she literally can sing anything. This song was not a favorite of mine until I heard her version and now I seek it out this time of year.

Montgomery Gentry --Merry Christmas From the Family

This song just makes me laugh and when I get stressed during the holiday season, I play this to make myself feel better. While this song isn't a total reflection of my family, there's a few things I can relate to for sure!

Garth Brooks -- Belleau Wood

This is another song that makes you think about the true meaning of Christmas. It's the story of the Christmas truce during World War I and it's so beautifully described, it's almost as if you're right there. The whole idea of a Christmas truce during war time is amazing to me. I mean if you can get along for 24 hours, why not longer?

What is your favorite Christmas song?
