My Parents Named Me After Katie On ‘My Three Sons’ [VIDEO]

My parents had a few different names picked out for me but ultimately they decided on Katherine with Katie for short.

My mom absolutely loved the show My Three Sons and she really liked the character Katie, who was played by Tina Cole.  When my parents discovered I was coming along and found out I was a girl, Katie was the name no doubt.

Check out the clip of Katie (not me learning how to drive.)  I'm certain my parents would tell you there are some similarities.

Many children are named after someone just like I was. My oldest brother, Paul Edward, was named after our maternal grandfather. I have a cousin that was named after our paternal grandfather.
