When Russian cross-country skier, Anton Gafarov fell and broke his ski, he got back up and kept trying to make it to the finish line. That's what Olympians do. They keep going. But it was help from a Canadian coach that made the difference.

Canadian ski coach, Justin Wadsworth came running out onto the slope with a replacement ski for Anton. He helped him put it on. Anton finished the race. And that, my friends, is what the Olympic spirit is all about.

When asked why he did it, Justin said, " I wanted him to have dignity as he crossed the finish line."

You can watch the video here. (Please note that the announcer did not realize it was a coach from another team who helped Anton.)
