Mother's wear many hats and have many responsibilities when it comes to raising children. A new Mother's Day survey found that many moms are using their parenting skills as experience on their resume.

The number is pretty low, roughly 8 percent of mothers do this. Businesses have been pretty open to allowing parenting skills on resumes. The survey found that 69 percent of businesses think that your parenting experience translates into the work place.

The top skills that moms are adding onto their resume include patience, multitasking, time management, conflict management and problem solving.

It's no secret that moms are pretty much super heroes. Don't get me wrong, dads are too! I think allowing parenting skills on your resume could be a really good thing. What do you think?
