Minnesotans Involved In X-Games Accident
The X-Games had a near tragedy when a runaway snowmobile plowed through a protective fence. Australian Jackson Strong was attempting his "best trick" jump in Aspen Colorado. He fell from the sled and narrowly was run over himself after the throttle stuck. The sled then made a bee-line for the crowd who was standing behind the fence.
Jeremy Best of Prior Lake, MN, eventually stopped the sled. Another Minnesotan, Trent Wittwer, 13, of Bemidji did hurt his knee in the incident.
