The Minnesota Wild (14-7-2) entered the third period down 2-0, rallying to beat Winnipeg 4-2 Friday afternoon at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

Winnipeg scored a goal in the first, and a goal in the second -- entering the third period with a 2-0 lead.

The Wild responded with four unanswered goals in the third period for the 4-2 win. Goals for the home team came from Nino Niederreiter (2), Eric Fehr (3), Zach Parise (9), and an empty-netter from Eric Staal (8).

The Wild out-shot the Jets 39-28, with Alex Stalock making 26 saves -- playing in place of Devan Dubnyk suffering from an illness.
