The Minnesota Wild find themselves in an 0-2 series deficit after losing to the St. Louis Blues 2-1 last night at the Xcel Energy Center. It appeared the Wild had scored just as the clock expired in the third period, but further review showed that the clock had already run out.

Is the season over for the Wild? Not exactly, but it's close. According to the NHL, teams that go up 2-0 in a best-of-seven Playoffs series hold an all-time series record of 293-48 (85.9%).
