The Minnesota Wild (34-12-5) beat the Vancouver Canucks (23-23-6) 6-3 last night in British Columbia, powered by Mikael Granlund's first NHL hat trick -- scoring a goal in each period of last night's game.

Minnesota's 73 points remains the best in the Western Conference, and three behind the NHL best Washington Capitals (76).
