The Minnesota Wild (8-3-2) continued their long road trip Saturday night by dominating the Blues 5-1 in St. Louis.

Minnesota's Eric Staal (5) started the scoring in the first period with his 400th career goal, giving the Wild a 1-0 lead. Nick Seeler (2) made it 2-0, before the Blues would finally get on the board with one of their own on a powerplay. J.T. Brown (1) would add another for Minnesota, giving them a 3-1 lead at the end of the first period.

Matt Dumba (4) scored the only goal of the second period, and Eric Fehr (2) scored the only goal of the third period -- leaving the Wild with the 5-1 win.

The Wild outshot the Blues 42-16, with Devan Dubnyk making 15 saves for Minnesota.
