Minnesota State Fair Putting Last Minute Touches On New Attractions [VIDEO]

It's hard to believe the Minnesota State Fair will be kicking off next week already!  Where does the time go?

Even though the fair doesn't start for another week, the grounds are already bustling with activity.  Crews have been busy updating Heritage Square according to a KARE11 article and have turned it in to a more modern hub, with some of the classic touches remaining.
