Wallet Hub is at it again! This time they've crunched the numbers to determine the best and worst places to celebrate New Year's Eve.  No surprise here, there's a Minnesota city among the ten best!

Wallet Hub took a look at a variety of factors including average wine and hotel  prices  to determine which cities made the top ten.  Orlando came in at #1 and North Las Vegas is the worst city to celebrate in, monetarily speaking.

New York City is where all the big celebrations happen and they came in at #25 because of that.  Massive crowds usually equals massive price increases.

Where does Minneapolis fall?  It came in at #6, which is not surprising at all.  There's many great places to ring in the new year and you're not going to break the bank doing it. Not to mention, there's a ton of hotels and restaurants to check out if you're not in to going crazy on New Year's!
