Mega Millions Grows to $1.6 Billion After No Winner Friday

No one matched all six numbers in Friday's Mega Millions drawing, increasing the jackpot to a world record $1.6 billion for Tuesday night's drawing.

The winning numbers drawn Friday were: 15-23-53-65-70 Mega Ball: 7. No one has won the Mega Millions jackpot since July 24th.

The previous record Mega Millions jackpot was $656 million in March of 2012 that was shared by three winners from Kansas, Illinois and Maryland.

A basic Mega Millions ticket also costs $2, and to claim the big prize you'll need to match five numbers (1-70), plus the Mega Ball (1-25). The odds? 1 in 302,575,350. Assuming you win the Mega Millions jackpot Tuesday, you can take the lump-sum cash option and take home $513 million.
