Going to the mall at this time of year is enough to cause anyone to lose their minds. The screaming little kids, the rude shoppers, the rented elves. It’s enough to make you wish you’d just stayed home and boycotted the holidays altogether.

But wait! Imagine you’re on one of those hellish expeditions and you run across a guy wearing an iPod, joyfully lip-syncing and dancing and completely ignoring what are sure to be the slack-jawed stares from those around him. Wouldn’t that make your day a little brighter? Come on, admit it. It would. Even if you think he’s utterly certifiable.

The latest in Preston Leatherman‘s ‘Dancing With An iPod In Public’ YouTube series features him shimmying around in a Christmas sweater that would make Bill Cosby proud, all to the dulcet tones of the already-overplayed ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You.’

Why don’t we ever see stuff like this when we’re at the mall? And can we invite Preston to all our parties ever? Watch his holiday dance below.
