Making your bed every day is actually bad for you. According to researchers, if you make your bed every morning you're actually creating the perfect breading ground for bacteria.

There are over 1.5 million dust mites that allegedly live inside of your mattress. Moisture and warmth grow bacteria. When you make your bed you're trapping the moisture and dirty air under the covers.

Researchers say that the bacteria doesn't actually feed off of you, it just eats your dead skin flakes. But, having a lot mites in your bed could lead to increased allergies and asthma attacks.

It's best to make your bed right before you get into it at night. However, even after knowing all of this, I still plan to make my bed every morning. It just looks better.
