Make Your Own Snow Globes

Last week, Nashville Kat told us that Taylor Swift was making her own snow globes. I immediately thought, "Anything Taylor can do, we can do better!" And before I could think about how much that statement isn't true, my daughter and I went ahead and made some snow globes.

Turns out, they were super easy. Taylor got the idea from everyone's latest website addiction - pinterest.com but I think the idea started with Martha Stewart.

Now, I am still holding a grudge against Martha for the mangled mice but it is the season for forgiveness. So, I forgave her, gathered my glitter and canning jars and my girl and I put together some amazing snow globes. Elena had so much fun that, instead of the one I thought we'd make, we made five snow globes!

Now I just have to work on forgiving Martha for the glitter all over my house.
