I love this time of the year for lots of reasons. One of them: Pumpkin spice everything! Here are a few ways your pumpkin spice addiction can help you drop a few pounds.....

1. Add a little pumpkin puree to your morning oatmeal! It adds fiber and tastes delicious. Try a few sprinkles of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice too.

2. Smoothies! Pumpkin, plain Greek yogurt, almond milk, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey. Yum!

3. Spice up your yogurt!  Greek yogurt is good for you, but the plain yogurt is blah. However, you can spice it up with pumpkin puree, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice!

4. Roasted pumpkin. Drizzle a little honey over slices of pumpkin, sprinkle on some pumpkin pie spice and roast at 350 for 45 minutes.

5. Pumpkin toast!  Spread pumpkin puree on toast. Add cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Sounds delicious!
