Long Prairie, Minnesota is making headlines because their controversy over a cross they have in their veteran's park.

The city received a complaint about the cross from an anonymous person that has yet to be identified. The person's reason for the complaint was stated in a letter which says there should be a separation of church and state under the First Amendment.

So, the City of Long Prairie was faced with a decision. They either needed to take the cross out of the park or they needed to fight the complaint. Instead, the city ended up donating the park to the American Legion and VFW, making it a private park.

Do you think Long Prairie did the right thing?
