Little Big Town brought viewers to the fields for their 2016 CMA Awards performance of their brand-new single, "Better Man."

The stage for LBT's performance looked so much like a field, in part due to the fake grass and weeds that surrounded the country quartet, as well as the beautiful images on the screen behind them, that it was hard to remember that they were performing in front of their peers. For the performance, the group stood in a straight line, with a soft breeze moving not only the grass around them but blowing their hair and Kimberly Schlapman and Karen Fairchild's dresses ever so perfectly. As the performance came to a close, the sun faded on the images behind them to simulate an equally as realistic sunset.

"Better Man" is the first single from Little Big Town's upcoming album, The Breaker -- and it was written by Taylor Swift! LBT have earned six CMA Awards, including four consecutive wins for Vocal Group of the Year, a category they're up for again in 2016. Earlier in the year, the country supergroup surprised fans with a seventh studio album, different from the country albums in their discography: Wanderlust was produced by Pharrell Williams and brought LBT into a whole new territory of music. The Breaker, due in February, will be a return to the country genre, though.
