Late night Thursday (11/16) into the predawn hours Friday morning will be your best shot at glimpsing shooting stars as the Leonid meteor shower hits it's peak above Minnesota.

The sky will be moonless towards morning -- making for the 10-20 meteors per hour very visibly (assuming a lack of clouds) -- especially if you can get away from city lights.
