In Class AA, Lakeville North completed a perfect 31-0 season with a 4-1 State Championship win over Duluth East last night at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul. Earlier in the day East Grand Forks repeated as Class A Champions by defeating Hermantown 5-4 in overtime.

Gotta love the 'State of Hockey' -- as 20,000+ were in attendance Saturday night for the Class AA title game.

Lakeville North is the first team to go undefeated since Bloomington Jefferson in 1992-93.

Hermantown has appeared in each of the last six Class A title games, losing each time.
