I have so many friends from high school and college getting married and having kids. This has been happening for a few years now. At first, it seemed super weird but I'm used to it now. I don't have kids, I'm not engaged and definitely not married. I still feel way too young for all of that.

My aunt is having a girls night this weekend. I'm the only one in the group going that isn't engaged, married or has kids. I'm almost 100 percent sure that our conversations will be driven by one of those three topics. Perhaps I'm behind the times, but according to a new survey, I'm not so far behind.

The survey looked at what ages you are when you hit certain milestones in your life. I turn 25 this August and according to these answers, I should be getting engaged next year. (yeah, right!)

Most people have their first kiss when they're 15 and and buy their first car when they are 22. The average person gets married and buys their first house at age 27... they also have two kids by the time they turn 31!

In terms of work success, the average person becomes a boss at their job at age 34 and buys an even bigger house at age 36. By the time a person is 37 they allegedly will be making six figures...(yeah, right.) The average age for retirement is supposedly 60...(I want to know who they surveyed)

Alright, so I think I am on point with two things on this list. If you don't align with this list don't worry...you're not alone.
