Men's Health has named its "Fittest Man in Country Music." And the winner is ...

Kenny Chesney.

The busy singer and four-time CMA Entertainer of the Year told the magazine that even with his packed schedule, he still makes it a priority to stay in shape. "You'd be amazed at what you can do in a short amount of time to get a burn in, to feel healthier, to feel like you're not staying the same," he said.

Chesney, who's known for his energetic live performances, added, "I have to train to do my show the way I want to do it. I'm not one of these guys that just stands there behind the microphone. I work really hard to give the fans the best possible concert."

All of his work -- both in and out of the studio -- is clearly paying off.
