Kanye West Confirms Plans to Run for President in 2020 [VIDEO] [POLL]

For the first time in my life I'm speechless.  I seriously have no words.

According to an article from the Daily Mail, Kanye West has confirmed he will run for president in 2020.  He initially made the comment at last month's MTV Video Music Awards but confirmed he wasn't joking yesterday.

I'm not trying to be rude or hold anyone back from pursuing their dreams, but are you kidding me??? Kanye West?  Have we forgotten the stunt he pulled at the VMAs in 2009?

I'm pretty sure that's not going to fly when you're dealing with important domestic and international affairs.  To his credit, he has said he needs to do a lot of research to make sure he's qualified for the job in five years.  I hope he can do it, I'm not sure I will vote for him, but I hope he can do it for the sheer entertainment value of it.

Personally, I agree with The Band Perry.  We need someone who is highly intelligent, has a good business mind and can compromise.  They suggested Reba, which could be a good fit. We'll have to see.
