The nominations for the 2013 People's Choice Awards are in -- and now the performance lineup is out in the open, too. Jason Aldean will be among the mega-popular entertainers who will take the stage at the live awards show in January.

Christina Aguilera and Alicia Keys are also slated to play at the 2013 PCAs. The three major acts will perform live on January 9 at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.

"The caliber of performances we have planned for this show is beyond compare," said Executive Producer Mark Burnett (according to Niagara Frontier Publications). "Alicia is an undeniable vocal powerhouse, and combined with Christina Aguilera and Jason Aldean, we are going to have one epic show. They are three of music's biggest talents. I am simply ecstatic to have them all joining us this year."

In addition to playing one of his hit songs on the main stage, Aldean will be waiting in the wings to see if he wins any awards. The country crooner has been nominated for Favorite Country Artist and Favorite Male Artist.

The People's Choice Awards are a little different than other awards shows because, well, it's all about who the people vote for. This year, musicians and entertainers have been nominated for awards in 48 different categories. Voting ended on Dec. 13, and now we'll have to wait until the awards show to find out about the winners.

Tune in to the 2013 People’s Choice Awards show on CBS on Jan. 9, 2013 to find out if your favorite artists will take home an award.
