I’ve Been Working Out –That’s The Easy Part — Giving up This One Food is The Hard Part
About three or four months ago, I decided I was going to start working out and eating cleaner. That didn't happen, until just recently.
I've started waking up earlier in the morning and working out at home everyday using the P90X program. It hurts. I enjoy it and I've actually completed the program before with good results.
The hardest thing to do while working out and attempting to be healthier, for me, anyway, is giving up cheeseburgers. I have been a cheeseburger crave for a few weeks. Medium rare patty with mushrooms, jalapeno peppers, banana peppers, olives, green peppers, pepper jack cheese, bacon and some hot sauce (much like the burger YOU "built" for me and I ordered at The Boulder Tap House a while ago)... HEAVEN.
I've been able to sustain the temptation, so far... but I'm about to break just typing this! What's one food YOU struggle to cut back on or even give up?
