It’s Tax Refund Time: Be Responsible or Have Fun? [VIDEO]

It's that time of year again -- tax time.  For some, it's good and for others, well not so much.  If you're one of the lucky ones who is going to get a refund, what are your plans?

I used to be so excited for this time of year because I knew I was getting money back.  It seems like it's less and less every year but at least I get one.  Check out what my plans are.
