It’s Cold Enough To Freeze Boiling Water Instantly [WATCH]

Have you ever boiled water to see if it would freeze outside instantly? Well, today in Minnesota we did a little science experiment. We wanted to see if our boiling microwaved water would instantly freeze in our 18 below weather. The wind chill today is making it feel like it's 28 below.
