I may sound like an absolute Grinch, but sometimes too much is too much.

I generally consider myself a very happy and positive person. I take care of myself physically and make sure I have healthy and strong relationships with those around me! But sometimes, a good friend of mine takes her healthy lifestyle a little too far.

I can guarantee at least 3 positive/self improvement posts on her Facebook daily. They can range from pictures of her working out, pictures of her meals, recommendations of self improvement books, etc. These are all very positive things, and are great for people to include into their lives, but seeing multiple posts about the same things over and over can get a little tiresome.

Maybe I am looking into it a little too far, but I know I am not the only one who can find it annoying. What do you think? Do you think there is such a thing as 'too much positivity'? Let us know by casting your vote below!
