I used to dread Sunday nights, knowing that there would be a long week ahead of work and classes beginning Monday morning. But not anymore!

A few of my friends know the same feeling and mentioned to me that I should start doing yoga a few mornings a week to help wake me up, feel centered, and help me focus on more than just finding time for a nap.  I took their advice and couldn't be more surprised on how much more relaxed I am and ready to take the week on.  I love that I don't have to run to the gym to get a little wake up in the morning.  This video is only 5 minutes, easy for beginners, and you can go at any pace you would like.  Happy Monday  ~ Jenn
