I'm always looking for a way to magically become a morning person.  So far, I haven't lucked out with anything.  However, that could change.

I found an interesting article on Yahoo! this morning that talks about the changes you need to make in order to make getting up earlier an easier feat.  It's not as simple as changing a few things here and there.  You literally have to change your entire pattern to overcome some of the obstacles.

Some suggestions include adjusting the time you go to bed, which I have done but it just doesn't seem to help.  Maybe making some other adjustments will help.  One thing I know I have to get better about is turning off the electronics at night.  I'm one to catch up on Facebook and news right before bed and it just doesn't seem to work for me.

There are lots of other things to try but do you have anything that works for you?
