These days I'm living out of a hotel and I'm so thankful it's a clean one.  I've been in some nasty ones in the past.

I'm a big germ freak so staying in hotels usually isn't my thing but if I want to see the world, I know staying in them is unavoidable.  You can usually tell when you walk in to the hotel whether or not your room is going to be clean.  I've stayed in some really nice ones -- the bed sheets are clean and the bathroom is spotless.  It's freshly vacuumed and/or swept.  I'm good with those!

On the flip side, I've been to some really gross places.  Here's the deal breaker for me -- if there's hair on the sheets or in the bathroom, I refuse to stay there.  The sheets and blankets are always a lighter color so hair will stick out and believe me, I check.  Same thing with bathrooms and I check the sink, shower and even behind the door.  One strand of hair and I'm gone.  That's so nasty!

What do you have to find in a hotel room that would send you flying out the door?
