I Need Your Best Hot Dish Recipes (Please Help!)

My mother-in-law got the bright idea to have a hot dish cook off competition at her house next weekend. You all know that I'm super competitive, so I've been searching high and low for a great recipe.

The internet hasn't really been much help either. Nothing wows me. Minnesotans are hard to please because we've pretty much perfected the hot dish. That's why I'm worried. I'm up against some tough competition and I'm pretty new at this whole "following a recipe" thing--my collection isn't very extensive yet.

So, if you have a great hot dish recipe please share it with me! I like hot dish with the main meat being chicken. So, if you have any suggestions, I'd appreciate the help!!
