I wish I could sleep an entire night.

As far back as I can remember, sleeping a full night is a rare occasion. I sleep, on average, about four-to-five hours a night, if I'm lucky I'll get a good six-hours every once is a while.

I've tried everything to help me get to sleep. Workout in the morning (can't do night time, my adrenaline is raging afterward and I can't even sit down), staying as busy as possible each day until it's time for bed, cut back on caffeine, cutting caffeine completely after maybe 4:00 or 5:00 in the afternoon.

Nothing works... reading, watching t.v... nothing. It drives me pretty insane. I've even gone to trying things like "Sleepy Time" tea, sleep aid and some other stuff that knocks me out within 20-minutes, but I sleep HARD for about an hour and then I'm awake as if I slept all night.

This cycle of sleeping a few hours each night goes on for days/weeks at a time and then one night, I crash HARD and sleep from about 9:00 at night until 7:30 the next morning. Then I feel fantastic?!

What is something you do to help you sleep at night? I'll give anything a try once...
