I can honestly say that when I woke up yesterday I had no clue that I'd be stitching up a chicken by the end of the night.

I was at the Minnesota School of Business and Globe University Health Careers Interactive open house yesterday. They had a bunch of interactive stations set up throughout there facility and somehow I got roped into learning how to sew stitches.

There was a small incision made on a raw chicken thigh. I had to use tools to stitch up the incision. Let's just say, I'm glad that it wasn't a live chicken and I don't plan on quitting my day job anytime soon. It was interesting to say the least. If I'm ever castaway on a desert island, I'll be able to put my new life skill into practice--otherwise, I'll leave the stitching up to the professionals. Check out the video!
