I-94 Lane Closures Begin Today Near St. Joseph

ST. CLOUD -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation says plan in advance if you travel along I-94 between St. Cloud and Collegeville.

Starting today (Thursday), westbound I-94 will be reduced to a single lane between Highway 23 and County Road 159 in Collegeville.

Eastbound I-94 will have intermittent lane closures between Collegeville and Highway 15.

Back-ups of 5-8 miles are possible on eastbound I-94 on Sundays and back-ups are also expected on westbound I-94 Friday ahead of Minnesota's fishing opener.

All lanes of traffic will re-open this fall.
