Huskies End Regular Season with Loss to Colorado College

The SCSU Men's Hockey Team (16-17-1) wrapped up the regular season last night losing to Colorado College (8-22-4) 2-1 in St. Cloud. With the loss, the Huskies finish fifth in the NCHC standings, and will open the conference playoffs on the road.

NCHC First Round Playoff Matchups

These first round best-or-three series will take place March 10th through 12th:

• St. Cloud State vs. University of North Dakota
• University of Denver vs. Colorado College
• University of MN-Duluth vs. Miami of Ohio
• Western Michigan vs. U of Nebraska-Omaha

The winner of each first round series will advance to the 2017 NCHC Frozen Faceoff at the Target Center in downtown Minneapolis on March 17-18.
